Breaking Unwanted Habits & Thoughts

We all carry patterns that no longer serve us. Habits can feel automatic, but they’re simply learned behaviours — and that means they can be unlearned. Using NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) or hypnotherapy helps you reset the thought patterns and emotional triggers that keep these habits alive, opening the door to lasting change.

Initial Call

The first step is a conversation online via Zoom. It lasts between 20 and 30 minutes and gives us a chance to get to know each other. You’ll be able to share what you’re looking for, and I can explain how I work, so together we can see if it feels like the right fit.

This introductory session is completely free.

Sessions and Pricing

Your Personalised Change Session

This session is where the change happens. We interrupt the old pattern and resetting it back to when things were working well.

Each session is £75 and last up to 60 minutes. All sessions take place online via Zoom, allowing you to take part from the comfort of your own home.

Most issues can be resolved in 1–3 sessions, with most people seeing change after just one session.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed sessions, are charged in full.
